We operate under the principals of Safety, Quality, Collaboration, and  competent construction.

Plans are executed in close communication with consultants so that adjustments can be made early and conflicts corrected for.

Our team works with Buildertrend and with the client's preferred online PM platforms ( Procore) to document and schedule our work. We are proactive in managing inventories, deliveries, and materials to maintain the baseline schedule.

Safety

All projects operate under a comprehensive safety program that includes pre-project safety planning, safe work procedures, and immediate follow-up and policy redirection on issues and concerns. We operate an inclusive workplace and stand behind our workers' safety. All employees have direct access to the boss at all times and job sites are manned with a foreman of appropriate training and experience.

We stay in close communication with WorkSafe BC to ensure our documentation and procedures are compliant and first-rate.

Forward Thinking

We believe in being an early adopter of emerging technologies and keeping builds simple and efficient. Waste-reduction, local sourcing, and renewable and low-processed material choices can result in overall savings while reducing the carbon footprint of the build. Frame On Contracting can design and erect prefabricated and modular systems as well as install ICF foundations.

Environmental Management

We will ensure your regulatory requirements are met, and can help plan around your site limitations without endangering existing values.
